LIES about good rep with the Better Business Bureau

Forgot to mention: They give you this speech about how they never have had a complaint from the Better Business Bureau. Total lie. They got tons of complaints under "elan" so they changed their name to "elan real relationships" to pretend like no one made complaints about the. DON'T BE FOOLED!!
